What if a guest has to cancel due to an emergency?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including emergencies. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance. This will protect you from unexpected situations and limit any financial risks.

Unforeseen events can always occur, such as emergencies, illness or other personal circumstances. With travel insurance you can cover yourself against these risks and possibly receive compensation for costs you have already incurred, such as accommodation and transport.
