Please read this information carefully before booking

1. Price information
The price excludes water and electricity. You pay for the actual consumption based on the meter readings.

2. Confirmation of the reservation
The reservation is confirmed only if the payment is made within 48 hours after booking. Otherwise the reservation remains available for other guests.

3. Over 4BlessingsCuracao
4BlessingsCuracao is a family business with two mini-resorts and a total of 12 accommodations, located in the same street (4BlessingsCuracao 1 and 2). Both locations offer two-bedroom apartments and studios, which are virtually identical in size, layout and price.

Sometimes we rent the villas to larger groups, which means we occasionally have to rearrange rooms (just like in hotels). If you have a preference for a specific accommodation, please let us know when you book. You will receive a message about which accommodation has been assigned to you approximately two days prior to your arrival.

Important information

Deposit
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of items in the apartment. Any incidents will result in loss of the security deposit.

Water and electricity consumption
Water and electricity are charged separately based on consumption. Electricity costs €0,55 per kWh and water €10 per cubic meter, with a minimum of 1 cubic meter.

Reservation Policy
All reservations are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. We recommend that you take out travel insurance. The apartment and its facilities may only be used by the number of guests specified at the time of booking.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in time: From 16:00 PM.
• Check-out time: Before 11:00. Late check-out is possible for a surcharge of €25 and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Liability
The use of the apartment and facilities is at your own risk. 4BlessingsCuracao is not liable for injury, material damage, loss and/or theft.

Parking
One vehicle is allowed on the premises per apartment. Additional vehicles must be parked in the designated parking spaces outside the premises.

Damage or complaints
Report damage or complaints to the manager within 24 hours. Indicate whether maintenance personnel with a key may enter the apartment to solve problems.

Keys and remote controls
Guests receive keys and remote controls. Loss will be charged €50. Lock replacement costs €100 per lock.

Safety and Security
Close all gates with remote control for security reasons. Security cameras are installed for the safety of our guests.

Visit
For more than three visitors, you must request permission 24 hours in advance. Parties are not allowed on the premises.

Use of facilities

Rest times
Please respect other guests and neighbours. Avoid noise between 22:00 and 09:00.

BBQ
Reserve the BBQ at least 24 hours in advance via the app. The rental price is €15 per use. Guests must bring their own materials and leave the BBQ area clean. Additional cleaning costs will be charged if this is not complied with.

Playground
The playground is intended for young guests and is used at your own risk. Children under 13 must be supervised. Leave the playground clean for the enjoyment of all guests.

Swimming pool
The pools are open from 09:00 to 19:00. Use of the pool and slide is at your own risk. Swimming certificates are required; children without a certificate must wear life jackets/bands. 4BlessingsCuracao is not responsible for the use of the pool or playground. Children under 13 must be supervised.

Laundry
Guests can use the washing machine for €7,50 per wash, including detergent. Request use via the app. There is also an external laundry available for approximately €20 per 5 kg.

To smoke
Smoking is only allowed outside. Use an ashtray and keep the area clean.
