1. The price is excluding water and electricity. You pay for what you use based on meters reading.

2. ⁠The booking will only be confirmed if you pay within 48 hours otherwise it will stay open for another person to book.

3 . 4BlessingsCuracao is a familycompany with 2 mini resort, with 12 accommodations located in the same street (4BlessingsCuracao 1 and 2). Both locations have two-bedroom apartments and studios and are almost the similar in terms of size, layout, and price.

We sometimes rent the villas to large groups, which means we occasionally need to re-arrange booked rooms (just like they do in hotels). If you would like to give your preference by mentioning your final room number, we will inform you about which accommodation has been assigned to you approximately two days in advance.

Deposit: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of items within the apartment. Any such incidents will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Water/Electricity Usage: Electricity and water are billed separately based on usage. Electricity is charged at €0.55 per kWh, and water at €10 per cubic meter, with a minimum charge of 1 cubic meter.

Booking Policy: All bookings are final and non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. The apartment and its facilities may only be used by the number of guests specified at the time of booking.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out can be requested 24 hours in advance for a fee of €25, subject to availability.

Liability: Use of the apartment and facilities is at the guest’s own risk. 4BlessingsCuracao cannot be held liable for any injuries, material damage, loss, and/or theft.

Parking: One vehicle per apartment is permitted to park on the premises. Additional vehicles must be parked in designated areas outside the premises.

Damage or Complaints: Report any damage or complaints to the manager within 24 hours. Indicate if maintenance personnel may enter with a key to resolve issues.

Keys and Remotes: Guests will be provided with keys and remotes. Loss of these items will incur a charge of €50. Changing locks costs €100 per lock.

Safety and Security: Close all gates with the remote for security reasons. Security cameras are installed for guest safety.

Visitors: For more than three visitors, please request permission 24 hours in advance. Parties are not allowed on the premises.

Use of Facilities: Be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Avoid noise between 22:00 and 09:00. Clean up after using any facilities to ensure a tidy environment for all guests.

BBQ Use: Reserve the BBQ 24 hours in advance via the app. The rental price is €15 per use. Guests must provide their own materials and clean the BBQ area after use to avoid additional cleaning fees.

Playground Use: The playground is for younger guests. Use is at your own risk. Children under 13 must be supervised. Clean up after use to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.

Pool Use: The pools are open from 09:00 to 19:00. Use of the pool and slide is at your own risk. Swimming certificates are required. Children without certificates must wear swim vests/bands. 4BlessingsCuracao is not responsible for pool/playground use. Children under 13 must be supervised.

Laundry: Guests can use the washing machine for €7.50 per load, including detergent. Request use via the app. There is also a nearby laundry service at approximately €20 per 5 kg.

Smoking: If smoking outside, please use ashtrays and clean up afterward.
